3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are required for all services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel within the specified time may result in a cancellation fee.

All prices for services will be communicated during your consultation. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified.

5. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once a service is performed. However, we are committed to client satisfaction, and if you have concerns about your service, please contact us to discuss your experience.
